Compliant Invoicing, From the First Invoice
Every VAT-registered business in Saudi Arabia now issues invoices inside a single national framework. Most software handles this as a localisation — a regional module added to a system designed elsewhere. FINERA was built the other way round. Arabic, VAT, the National Address format and ZATCA clearance are part of its structure, not an extension of it.
FINERA is TAM Consulting’s invoicing platform. It issues cleared tax invoices, tracks every document from quotation to payment, and keeps the record complete for reporting and review. Behind the software sits TAM’s regulatory practice, so the platform and the advice come from the same place.
What FINERA Does
ZATCA-Cleared Invoicing
Invoices are submitted for clearance and the result is recorded against each one. Clearance status and clearance date sit in your invoice list as tracked fields — visible at a glance, not buried in a log.
The Full Document Chain
Quotations become proforma invoices. Proforma invoices become tax invoices. Corrections are issued as credit notes. Each document carries forward from the last, so nothing is re-keyed and nothing drifts.
Invoice Status at a Glance
Draft, sent, paid, partially paid, cancelled — each state counted and filterable from the invoice dashboard. You can see what has been issued, what has been settled and what is outstanding without building a report.
Customer Records Built for KSA
Customers are stored with VAT number, contact person, and full address in the Saudi National Address format — building number, additional number, postal code. The fields a compliant invoice requires are captured before the invoice is raised.
Product and Unit Catalogue
Maintain products with standard pricing, and define your own units of measure with names and symbols. Line items are selected from the catalogue or entered directly, so recurring billing stays consistent across invoices.
VAT, Discounts and Currency
VAT applied per line with the rate selected at invoice level. Discounts calculated against the subtotal. Totals presented in SAR, with multi-currency supported for customers billed outside the Kingdom.
Arabic and English, Natively
The interface switches between English and Arabic. Invoices are produced in Arabic as required for the human-readable document — written as a native output, not a translated layer over an English template.
Payment Details on Every Invoice
Bank accounts are held in the system and selected per invoice. Bank name, account name, account number and IBAN print directly onto the invoice PDF, so the customer has everything needed to settle without a follow-up email.
